Project Manager Assistant
The Project Manager Assistant will assist six project managers and three estimators. This position is fast-paced and paperwork intensive. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and candidates who will take ownership of the position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Writing subcontract agreements, work orders, and purchase orders (no legal knowledge necessary, these are already formatted documents that are just tailored to each job/contractor)
- Writing proposals as needed (A third party will write the actual proposal, but this position will be in charge of contacting the third party and making sure they have the necessary info to complete the proposal on time)
- Assisting estimators with completing bids
- Assisting owners with warranty items as they are called in, in a timely manner (this means arranging any repairs between Owners and Subcontractors)
Required Skills:
- At least two years of experience in an office environment
- Computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace
