Step it Up!: A Simple Way to Boost Your Productivity at Work

It's time to spring into this new season with some lifestyle changes! For me, taking a few simple steps (more like a few thousand steps!) has made a tremendous difference in my productivity, energy level and success around the office!
One of my coworkers here at M Force Staffing has been an avid walker at lunch for the last year or so. At first, the thought of "giving up" my lunch hour was completely unappealing. After all, I had restaurants to visit, coworkers to eat with and most of all a hunger to fulfill!
A couple of months ago I decided to take a plunge and commit to walking a couple of miles each day during my lunch hour. I quickly started noticing some pretty major changes. I have lost about 30 pounds, am eating healthier lunches from home and have literally saved hundreds of dollars.
I've also noticed a boost in my energy level and afternoon productivity. That all adds up to a couple of the most successful months I've had in my years at M Force.
Committing to a little more exercise, a simple life change, has made a huge difference in my life, and I bet it would work for you too! Give yourself 90 days to see if there is a change.
