Is Your Technology Causing You to Lose Touch?

How easy is your life these days? Push of a button, swipe of a finger, problems get solved. Technology has allowed us to move forward in our personal and business endeavors. But at what cost? Are touch screen causing us to lose touch? Touch points that is. In my business and most sales organizations keeping tabs with your client is the paramount task.
A quick email, text or “like” here and there is nice but are you getting lazy with what really matters – face to face interaction? Have you thanked them face to face with a gift, lunch or any kind of special recognition or did you just fire off an email thanking them for their blah, blah, blah.
Handwritten notes are more powerful now than they’ve ever been. Why? Because you rarely see them anymore. I challenge you to make a concerted effort to take time to make a personal gesture to your customers. Most of our information these days is in a cloud. It doesn’t mean your head needs to be.
